Anika Noni Rose is an American actress and performer. She is most famous for her character Tiana The Princess as well as"the Frog's African-American Princess. Disney Legend was bestowed upon her in the year 2011. Rose played Lorrell Robinson in the Oscar Award-winning film Dreamgirls. This includes Emmie Thibodeaux, who played the Broadway version of Caroline or Change (2005) for which the Tony Award Best Features Actress in A Musical was awarded and Beneatha in the Broadway revival of A Raisin in the Sun (2017) in which she received the Tony Award Best Features Actress in Play nominations were announced.
